Just listen to the Rock Arsenal weekdays between 6 am and 10 pm Pacific Time. When your name is announced over the air, you have until Midnight (Pacific, 3 am Eastern) the following day to get us an email at iwon@rockarsenal.com . The winner will be announced several times the first day, allowing listeners all over the country to participate. You may also win as a INSTANT winner.
